Who Do You Know?The qualified Sales Manager US West candidate will have:? Highly creative industrial sales professional able to articulate leading edge technology and chemical applications to clients, channel partner and at regional tradeshows ? BS Degree in Chemistry or Engineering, MBA is a highly desired? 3+ years experience direct sales and technical sales experience, UV/bonding chemical applications and equipment is ideal? 3+ years in both account management of major account and new client development? Experience directing, mentoring and leading channel partners and regional sales partnerships is a plus? Experience with managing regional sales plan, goals, channel partner scorecard evaluations and reporting? Able to work with internal teams and int'l R&D group to best solve the needs of each client? Strong computer and CRM skills is a must, Wintouch experience is preferred?
