This profit center is in a serious growth mode with several senior level producers to retire over the next 12-24 mnths, which provides a lot of career growth opportunity while remaining very entrepreneurial. Client seeks organic and M&A growth in both commercial lines and group benefits.Each group benefits producer will run their book like it’s their own business and will “inherit” a significant book; will provide a business plan along with a revenue and expense budget. Client provides very strong services and marketing support while maintaining an independent culture. This is a sales driven organization. Each book of business mirrors the respective in-house producer. There is strong focus on exceptional benefits brokers. Producers are encouraged also to bring in their support staff.Producers must have a current book of $500K revenue with a track record of penetrating middle market and large account business sat the executive level. This position is for a true, independent, entrepreneurial “hunter” with the expertise to stay focused in a fast-paced environment. Compensation is directly related to book size.
